Wilmington is located approximately 30 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and 15 minutes from Newark, DE. Wilmington is the midpoint of the northeast corridor (the densely populated area between Boston, MA and Richmond, VA) making it ideally located. Amtrak service and I-95 connect Wilmington with the rest of the region. Wilmington's excellent highway system help keep the average one way commute at 23 minutes.
